If any of these Terms and Conditions are held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Terms and Conditions which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Product Terms
Please read these product terms and conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and set out the terms under which Da Vinci Institute of Holistic Medicine makes the products available to you (“Product Terms”).
10. Prices
All courses are paid in Euros (€).
Payment is made strictly with the order. All prices are subject to change without notice.
11. Availability
If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular course as sometimes they are being updated and offline, we will ensure that you are refunded your funds in total.
12. Acceptance
The purchase contract includes ordering and paying for the goods and delivery. When you place your order, you will be charged for the courses you purchase. There will be no contract of any kind between you and us until you have purchased the goods. Up until payment, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. At the moment the goods and delivery are paid for (and not before), a contract will be made between you and us.
13. Delivery of Products
a) We will arrange for delivery of your Professional Naturopathic certificate to the address which you specify in the checkout procedure. However, the time for delivery will not be essential to the contract between us. All course materials are online, and therefore the student may begin their studies immediately upon receiving their username and password, which is usually sent within 24 hours of clearing the funds.
14. Returns of items
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. As all of the courses are online and the student is given access to these more or less immediately upon purchase, then we must insist on a strict no-return policy as the material will already have been viewed and downloaded as soon as access is allowed.

15. Cancellation and changes
If your order has not been processed from the point of ordering and you have not been sent your username and password for accessing the course materials, then it is possible to cancel the order for a refund, minus a 5% administration processing fee. All orders that require cancellation must be notified within 7 days of purchase and proof of the purchase receipt must be sent by email.
Should you wish to change your course before processing, then please notify us immediately on [email protected] and let us know which course you would like. However if the order has been processed and dispatched, then there is a strict non-return policy as mentioned above. Therefore, please think carefully before choosing your courses.
All courses purchased are active for one year only from the date of payment, whether the student accesses the courses or not.
If you have lost your username and password, then simply email us at [email protected] and we will issue it again.
16. Payment
You can pay by any Mastercard/VISA debit or credit card, or by using your PayPal account. Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimize the possibility of unauthorized access. Payment must be given at the time of placing your order. You may also send funds through bank transfer to our main bank – email us for instructions.
Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items.
All payments are made in EUROS.
17. General
These Product Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus and any disputes will be decided only by the Cyprus courts.
If any of these Product Terms are held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Product Terms which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Da Vinci Institute of Holistic Medicine Professional Naturopathic online courses do not guarantee a graduate the right to practice in the field of natural health, health counseling and/or consultation, or to practice any form of medicine without state approval.
The student’s responsible for seeking advice from their countries regarding whether they can practice natural therapeutics.
